With reference to your letter of the 8th ultimo, No.1465/1912, relative to the proposed lease of a portion of King's Park, Kowloon, I am com.anded to acquaint you, for the information of Hr.Secretary Harcourt, that the Army Council accept the figure of 12 cents per square foot as the basis of calculation of the amount to be credited to the War Department in the Colonial Military Lands Account.
